Save your graphs to a personal library that persists across sessions and projects.

Saving

With a graph on canvas, use File → Save or Ctrl+S. Choose a name and location. Files are saved in the .gdeck format: a structured zip archive that bundles graph data, thumbnails, and assets together.

The .gdeck Format

.gdeck files bundle the graph data, thumbnails, and assets into a single file. They're compact, portable, and can be shared with anyone who has GraphDeck.

Organising

Create folders in your library to organise by project, system type, or however you prefer. Tag files for quick filtering. The library panel on the left lets you browse, search, sort by date or node count, and manage your collection.

Autosave (Pro)

GraphDeck autosaves your work periodically. If the app crashes, a recovery prompt appears on next launch offering to restore your unsaved work.
