Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase of GraphDeck, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, you have two options:
- Via your purchase receipt: check the email receipt from Paddle (our payment provider) and use the refund link included in it.
- Via email: contact us at hello@graphdeck.co.uk with your transaction details and we'll sort it out.
