1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using GraphDeck (“the Software”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

GraphDeck Free: You are granted a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal and commercial purposes.

GraphDeck Pro: Subject to a valid one-time purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features for personal and commercial purposes. One license covers one user across their own devices.

3. License Keys

GraphDeck Pro requires a valid license key for activation. License keys are personal and non-transferable. Each key is tied to a single purchase and is intended for use by one individual across their own devices. Sharing, redistributing, or publicly posting license keys is prohibited. Keys found to be shared or misused may be revoked without notice. If your key is revoked due to unauthorized sharing, a replacement will be provided to the original buyer upon request.

GraphDeck Pro licenses are limited to three concurrent machines per key. To enforce this limit, the Software transmits a hashed machine identifier to our activation server when you activate or validate your license. You can clear your active machines at any time via Settings → Deactivate All Machines. See our Privacy Policy §3 for full details of the data processed.

4. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels. You may not use the Software to develop a competing product.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated content, including but not limited to code, graphics, and documentation, are the property of GraphDeck and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unreal Engine, Blueprints, and related trademarks are the property of Epic Games, Inc. GraphDeck is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games.

6. User Content

Any blueprints, node graphs, or other content you create using the Software are yours. GraphDeck claims no ownership over your work.

7. Refunds

GraphDeck Pro purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Requests can be made by contacting hello@graphdeck.co.uk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GraphDeck be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Software.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.

11. Changes to Terms

GraphDeck reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
